GENERAL CONDITIONS PICK UP IN STORE
This option is only available in the list of stores that appear at the time of placing the order. You will receive an email, after payment confirmation, notifying you that your order has been prepared. From that moment on, you can pick it up at the store indicated in its opening hours. If the order is placed during hours when the store is closed, it will be processed within 24-48 hours after the next store opening.
Orders with STORE PICKUP are automatically canceled 90 days after they are placed if they have not been picked up, and the amount paid will be refunded in the same form of payment that was used to make the order.
2. EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
In order to make any change or return of the product, it must be previously collected. You can make an exchange or return under exactly the same conditions as a purchase in the store, since your order will include a purchase receipt inside. The returns of amount or change of product will follow the same rules as the usual orders.

How long does it take to prepare my order?
It depends on the availability of the product you have purchased. However, you will receive an email informing you that you can pick it up when it has been prepared.
Can I pick up the order at another store?
No, Store Pickup orders are only available at the official Legends Football store in Madrid.
What are the store hours to pick up my order?
Monday to Friday: 12:00 - 20:30
Saturdays and Sundays: 10:00 - 20:30
