Long sleeve t-shirt, official USA replica for the 1950 World Cup.

The 1950 FIFA World Cup Brazil was the fourth edition of the men's world football championship organized by FIFA. It took place in Brazil from June 24 to July 16, 1950.

FIFA recovered the World Cup after the editions scheduled for 1942 and 1946 were suspended due to the Second World War.
Due to its competition format, used only in this edition, the 1950 World Cup was the only one in which a final was not held.
In the preliminary phase, the 13 participants were divided into four groups to face each other at once.
The winners of each group (Brazil, Spain, Sweden and Uruguay) then moved on to a group of four under the same system, from which the champion would emerge.
The ball of the tournament was a Brazilian-made "Superball Duplo T", being the first time that a ball without feeler was used.

The 1950 World Cup is especially remembered for the "Maracanazo", the name by which Uruguay's victory over Brazil on the final day is known.

In total, 34 teams registered for the qualifying phase for 16 places. The two North American spots went to the United States and Mexico.
In its third participation in the 1950 World Cup in Brazil, the United States was placed in group B along with Spain, Chile and England.
In the first game of group B, they faced the Spanish team, ending up losing 3-1.
In the second match, they historically defeated the English 1-0 with a goal from Joe Gaetjens, being one of the biggest surprises in the history of football.
But in the next match, they ended up losing 5-2 against Chile and sentencing the elimination of the Americans.
In one of the biggest upsets in World Cup history, the United States beat England 1-0 in the 1950 World Cup. The goal was scored by Joe Gaetjens.
In 1950, the National Team's uniform was approved with a diagonal stripe across its shirts. The band has appeared on the third kit for the years 2003, 2004, 2006, 2010 and 2011 as well as on both kits used in the 2010 Soccer World Cup.
Adidas was the uniform supplier for the United States from 1984 to 1995. Since 1995, Nike has been the uniform supplier.

This shirt features the National Team's shield on the left side of the chest, a blue V-neck and its representative red band crossing the front.
